Senangkanlah Hatimu dengan Yang Tercinta

Every years, many movers move from one place to another. Its happen in all of the world. In my country Indonesia, moving usually caused by looking a better job or better place to living. In some situation, moving caused by disaster, like Tsunami in Aceh on December 2004.

I don’t know exactly how much peoples who moved their home every years. But I heard that it reach thousands family every years. In new place, they buy a new home from real estate company or find some houses for rent. It depending on their need. If they will live for long time, more than 5 years, they will buy home. But if they are live there less than five years, may be looking houses for rental is better solution because they already had a house in city they are come from.

Caused by this peoples activity, real estate company are growing every years. Even in crisis condition, the need of home is primary. Because of that, in some country, the government support the real estate industry to give their people good and deserve home for living.

Sometimes, i’m really want to live in islands where located in pacific ocean. I wonder, when i can visit those islands. I always see the loveliness of that islands from television and internet. I always dream to go there. A paradise in south pacific. The places that are unforgotten. That places contain Maui, Oahu and Hawaii.

A few days ago, i had a plan to compare the price of a house in those islands. First, i check the price of Oahu real estate, and found many data and keep it. Then i check price of Maui real estate and keep it. Finally, i check the Hawaii real estate then compare them all. I can see that Hawaii real estate is more expensive than others. But Hawaii get a lot visitors every years from all over the world. So, if you want to build your business there, especially in tourism, you’ll never loss.

So, please pray for me, wish to get enough money to go there. I’m boring in Indonesia. :D
